These hours should cover everyone's needs and ours too..it allows me to watch my little boy while daddy works during the day...and vice versa for me on evenings and Saturdays.

New Year..New Hair!

Maybe you have been thinking that you need a change but not sure...you may think you look fine and don't want to deal with something new?! Sound familiar?

Well get over it and just do it...trust me it will make you feel like a new person even if you eventually go back to what you had..change is good!

I just did it...I wore my hair long for 3 years, it was fun and different but its a new year and I wanted a fresh start!

I'm back!

Welcome to my salon blog!
I have been a stylist for 24 years!

Graduating in 1985 from LCJVS and from Licking Valley.

I started working right away at at several salons and then in 1989 I decided to try it on my own renting a small one room space on 30th St for 7 years.

When I felt my business was sucessful and renting was wasting money.. I decided to build a small salon on Miller Ave. and was there 8 years.

In 2003 my husband Chris built a larger salon on S. 21st St.
I had many faithful and longtime clients..I was so busy for years I didn't accept any new clients.

When we discovered we were having a very unexpected miracle baby we sold that salon and I happily stayed home for a year making jewelry and changing diapers.

Now I am back!

We built a new home and a small building beside it for my salon..its an ideal situation and I love it!
I am welcoming all my former long time clients and I am also welcoming new clients.
I tried to work out a schedule that works for my family and my client family~

I offer all services including facial waxing..I especially love to color and higlight hair.

One thing I have discovered being on leave and hearing feedback from my clients is that there are not many stylist out there that have the skills to weave and slice hair with foil.

So if you have wanted to get in to my salon and couldn't now is the time while I am rebuilding my clientele.
